Party prices

                                               I cut at the rate of twelve silhouettes per hour, allowing five minutes per subject
                                                 It is up to you to make sure that guests are seated in a timely fashion while I am available for cutting.
                                                Some breaks (within reason) can be scheduled to allow for periods of time when all the guests are unavailable.
                                                 For these types of breaks you will not be incurring the hourly fee.
                                                 Once I am "available" for cutting, I will cut up to twelve silhouettes per hour, if the guests arrive on time.
                                                 After the agreed upon number of hours have passed, I am finished. This sometimes means cutting off a line
                                                 which has formed, and unfortunately disappointing some of the guests. At this point, you may decide to
                                                 hire me for an additional hour or two, depending on the circumstances.
                                                 The party rate offers you a substantial saving off the cost of individually purchased silhouettes and mats.
                                                 It is not a guarantee that a fixed number of silhouettes will be cut without regard to time restraints.
                                                 Simply put: if the guests dawdle and wait until my time is used up, I am in no way responsible to stay for
                                                 the extra hours needed to accommodate them.
                                                 Special arrangements may be possible if you are hiring me for a substantial number of hours, in order to
                                                 accommodate a very large group.

                                               Up to two extra copies can be cut along with each "original" silhouette. These can be assembled into a
                                                large grouping where the silhouettes of the guests encircle the silhouette of the guest  of honor.
                                                They can also be used in scrapbooks, or to provide other family members with a sizable collection of
                                               silhouettes of their entire family.

                                                The silhouettes will be mounted onto museum board and placed into a clear plastic bag.
                                                This is archival quality, rag-content paper, that is sturdy enough to resist bending if handled with
                                                reasonable care.
                                                If you would like to have the silhouettes matted in my 8"x10" rectangular mats with oval openings,
                                                I have the ivory color in stock, and could also have your mats custom made in the color of your choice.
                                                A deposit covering the price of the mats would be necessary for custom made orders.  I would need this at
                                                least four to six weeks prior to the event.

                                                If you are opting for additional sets of silhouettes, I may bring along a helper to assist me with the
                                                additional glueing and possible matting of the extra copies. I absorb this cost, and it is at my discretion.
                                                Glueing the copies after the event and mailing them may be necessary if I am working alone .
                                                If I have to drive for several hours to reach your event, or overnight accommodations are necessary,
                                                finding a helper may not be possible, and would necessitate the mailing of the extra copies.
